Indications:

it is indicated for patients with verified kidney cancer if surgical treatment is impossible or undesirable, including in the presence of a single kidney;
- in the presence of locally advanced and disseminated kidney cancer, the method is used for cytoreduction to reduce the bleeding risk, hematuria, tumor thrombosis of the renal and inferior vena cava
Contraindications:
- mostly of a general nature
